Laptop Distribution Process
Parents or Guardians must do the following before your child is issued a school owned laptop:
1. Watch the “Computer take home video”:
2. Print out the certificate when the “Certificate of Completion” is completed. Your child must present the certificate to the clerk to receive the computer. *If you don’t have a printer you can take a picture of the “Certificate of completion” and show it to the clerk.
3. Complete and return the forms below. Your child must present the completed form to receive the computer.

- Responsible Use Policy (RUP)
- Publicity Release
