The School Experience Survey
The School Experience Survey is an annual survey that provides us with important feedback from teachers, staff, students, and parents. All students must bring proof of parent survey submission (printout or screenshot) to the Parent Center (Room 109). You can also text a copy of your proof to 323-250-6634. Please include your name and your child's SLC/Magnet. If you prefer to fill out a paper survey, please stop by the Parent & Family Center.
PURPOSE OF THIS SURVEY: You will be completing a survey about your experience at your child’s school. The information from this survey is used to help the school community learn how best to serve the needs of its members. As part of the school community, your opinions are important. All responses are confidential so no one from your child’s school will know how you responded. This survey is voluntary and there are no right or wrong answers to these questions.

La Encuesta de Experiencia Escolar
La Encuesta de experiencia escolar es una encuesta anual que nos brinda comentarios importantes de maestros, personal, estudiantes y padres. Todos los estudiantes deben traer un comprobante de la presentación de la encuesta para padres (impresión o captura de pantalla) al Centro de Padres y Familias (Sala 109). También puede enviar una copia de su prueba por mensaje de texto al 323-250-6634. Por favor incluya su nombre y el SLC/Magnet de su hijo.Si prefiere completar una encuesta en papel, pase por el Centro de Padres.
PROPÓSITO DE ESTA ENCUESTA: Completará una encuesta sobre su experiencia en la escuela de su hija/o. La información de esta encuesta se utiliza para que la comunidad escolar pueda atender mejor las necesidades de sus miembros. Como parte de la comunidad escolar, sus opiniones son importantes. Todas las respuestas son confidenciales por lo que nadie de la escuela de su hija/o sabrá cómo respondió. Esta encuesta es voluntaria y no hay respuestas correctas o incorrectas a las preguntas.
