The Credit Office holds all student records for current students and student Index # for former students. To order transcripts, you must have graduated or last attended after 2006. If you attended Hamilton prior to 2006 your records have been sent to Student Records. Order online at lausd.scriborder.com or call (323) 224-5950. Records for graduates from 2006-2013 have a 3-4 week processing period, they are being processed at our Central Office. All requests are to be done in-person and payment must be cash, no exceptions.
